In your room you have a TV and a refrigerator, the internet is fast, you can use washing machines and dryers (coin-operated machines) and you can cook in the large communal kitchen.
Electricity, water, heating, TV, WiFi, furniture, towels and bed linen are included in the price. So you don’t have to worry about anything and can live in your own four walls straight away.

- Double room for one person: CHF 750 / month
- Double room for two people: CHF 900 / month
- Room deposit: CHF 150
- Minimum rental period: 1 month
- Lockable cupboard in the kitchen: deposit CHF 50
- Own labeled mailbox: deposit CHF 50
- Very important: Smoking is prohibited in the Motelina! Smoke detector and fire alarm system!
